Single family homes are 2-story structures ranging from 1,500 to 4,000 square feet, built on lots sized either 36 feet by 100 feet or 40 feet by 80 feet with a walkout basement, and are available as custom builds or spec homes with a garage.

Mews

Mews homes are 3-story structures ranging from 1,300 to 2,400 square feet, built on lots sized either 35 feet by 35 feet or 35 feet by 50 feet, with a garage on the first floor and living space on the second and third floors.

Mansion Apartments

Mansion apartments are 2 to 3-story multi-family condominiums with four to eight units per building, featuring variable unit square footage and lot sizes, with ground level parking.

Townhomes

Townhomes are 2-story structures ranging from 1,600 to 2,800 square feet, built on lots sized 24 feet by 100 feet, with living space on the first and second floors and a garage.

Live/Work

Live/Work are 2 to 3-story mixed-use buildings on lots sized 35 feet by 80 feet, featuring 2,000 square feet of commercial space on the first floor with a rear garage and 2,500 square feet of residential space per floor on the second and third floors.

Mixed Use/Commercial

Mixed Use/Commercial are 3½ to 4-story mixed-use buildings with variable square footage, built on lots that are 80 feet deep with varying widths, featuring first floor commercial storefronts with upper floor residential space.
